Overview

Every difficult feeling you have ever had rests on a single mistaken premise. This course exists to correct it.

A Course in Miracles is not a religion or a philosophy. It is a structured discipline, a daily curriculum for unlearning fear and returning to love.

Miracle
A shift in perception from fear to love, not a supernatural event.
Forgiveness
Releasing the story that someone wronged you, seeing past the illusion of attack.
Holy Spirit
The part of the mind that remembers wholeness while the ego forgets it.

The stakes are total. The Course proposes that ordinary suffering is not inevitable but learned, and therefore unteachable.

Fear is learned. So is peace.

  • The ego is a false identity built on separation and defended by judgment.
  • Forgiveness is the primary practice, applied moment by moment.
  • Miracles restore the awareness of love's presence, which never actually left.
  • All healing is ultimately a healing of the mind, not the body or circumstances.

Ahead, each concept unpacks one layer of this system, from the nature of perception to the practice of true forgiveness and what the Course calls real vision.

What is inside

The Illusion of Separation

  1. 01The Ego as the Voice of FearTreat every fearful thought as the ego speaking, not as objective news about reality.Free, in full
  2. 02The Dream of a Separate SelfQuestion whether the self you defend is what it appears to be, not to destroy it but to stop mistaking it for your identity.
  3. 03Nothing Real Can Be ThreatenedWhen fear arises, ask what it is you believe is being threatened, then ask whether that thing is truly real in the Course's terms, spirit created by God, or part of the dream.
  4. 04Perception Versus KnowledgeQuestion every verdict your perception delivers; the Course holds it reflects a prior projection, not an external fact.

Forgiveness as the Path

  1. 05True Forgiveness Is Not CondoningAsk not how to pardon the offense but whether you are willing to question its ultimate reality.
  2. 06The Holy Instant and Present AwarenessEnter the present without your case file: the holy instant opens the moment you stop requiring the past to justify your perception.
  3. 07Grievances as Chains We ChooseRecognize every grievance as an active choice the mind is making right now, not a passive wound inflicted by another.
  4. 08The Miracle as a Shift in PerceptionRecognize that any grievance you hold is a perception chosen by the mind, not a fact imposed by the world, and bring willingness to choose again.

The Holy Spirit as Inner Teacher

  1. 09Choosing the Holy Spirit Over the EgoWhen fear or grievance arises, treat it as a signal that you are following the ego, and offer only willingness to see the situation differently.
  2. 10Special Relationships Versus Holy RelationshipsNotice whether you are approaching a relationship to receive something or to extend forgiveness, and name the difference honestly.
  3. 11Salvation as a Shared ConditionIdentify the relationship carrying the heaviest grievance and bring willingness, not warmth, to see that person as sinless.

Awakening to God's Love

  1. 12The Atonement and the Undoing of GuiltRecognize guilt not as a moral signal but as the symptom of a false belief in separation, one the Atonement is designed to undo entirely.
  2. 13Heaven Is Not a Place but a StateStop placing Heaven after death or beyond circumstance and ask what in your mind is keeping it absent right now.
  3. 14Living the Workbook: Lessons as Daily UndoingApply each lesson to whatever is actually in front of you right now, not to a comfortable abstract example.
